I cannot get in using either MS IE or Firefox... and I am a
member of Flickr.

Cannot imagine why it is not working if Bill has checked his
public-private settings.   I send folks to my Flickr pages all the time
and no privacy issues have cropped up.    I remain certain it
is in his public-private settings that is the issue.
