I needed to lubricate a noisy air variable or roller
inductor (don't recall) in a monster homebrew antenna tuner.
I needed something that did not attract dust and that was
minimally conductive.
I found DuPont Performance Dry at Home Depot or Lowes.
Two key ingredients are teflon and molydenum (molydenum
was highly recommended but extraordinarily costly via
most sources).
It stopped the screeching and has kept the device quiet
ever since without any additional applications.
