Most tools that use the NEC2 back end can use the NEC4 back end with no
changes- the input and output file formats are essentially the same.
BTW I don't see any reason why your old F12 element brackets can't be relocated
on the boom should it prove necessary. If your beam is built the way several
that I have had were, all you would need to do is drill out the rivets and move
them.
I will try to get this done before the weekend is out. Please if someone else
has already done it, let me know today if you can
