Larry:
I wasn't referring to you at all so you totally misunderstood the
question.
For clarification purposes, you seem to be asking a question about
something that should be in an instruction book provided with a tower,
every tower. I just added that I bought a tower for 10K and THERE
WASN'T EVEN ONE WORD OF INSTRUCTIONS! NOT ONE! Nothing to tell me how
often to replace the cable, nothing to tell me how to lubricate the
cable and at what intervals, nothing to tell me how to level the base,
nothing to tell me how to install the rotor, nothing to tell me anything
except how to wire the limit switch box which came prewired.
Reread my message as you totally missed the boat on this one. I hope my
message warned folks who are thinking of a US Tower to insist on a
complete instruction manual with the product which is great.
