[TowerTalk] Leather Glooves

Instead of cutting off the finger tips, I cut a lateral opening
on the bottom of the finger tips at the first knuckle which
allows me to stick my finger tips out to handle small parts
and bring them back inside the gloove to keep them warm
the rest of the time.
