That reminds me--several years age we were vacationing at the beach
in Tampa. Upon coming in from the beach, barefooted on asphalt tile
I reached to turn on the lamp (one with a pushbutton on the socket).
You've seen cartoons of people getting shocked accompanied by a
BZZZZZZZZZZT. Well, I got a BZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZT! It was the loudest noise
I ever heard and it sounded like it was inside my head. I don't know
how I got off it but I did and my arm ached for a good while. Needless to
say I unplugged the lamp and gave it to the office.
It's shocking!
