As regards the risk of damage to the C.A.T.S. connector:
I have been using the C.A.T.S connectors for numerous years..Best little
gadget to come along. Always had heck hooking up those wires below the T2X.
It was above my reading area on my bi-focals! Had to get into all sorts of
positions...//....
I put 4 of the bolts back in place in the bottom of the motor as 'legs'
while the rotor motor is 'off the tower' or is a spare. This reduces the
risk of damaging the connector.
