it sounds like you have 1.5 inch schedule 80 PIPE.
1.9 inch OD x 1.5 inch ID. 0.2 inch wall.
TUBING that is specified at 2 inches is almost exactly that OD. there is some
small variation, both + or - in size. if you use a 2 inch bearing you would
probably have to hone the bearing as most times the actual size is a few 1000's
over size. PIPE will fit but too loose to be of much use. check with the
supplier when ordering TUBING. it is possible that they have 2 inch tubing
which is on the - side. honing a bearing is difficult because of its hardness.
"C" clamps with saddles work well but solid clamps work better. you can shim
the PIPE to fit.
