No, it predated Commscope's acquisition of Andrew's Heliax product line.

LDF4.5 comes in handy for microwave up to about 6 GHz including 4.9 GHz and 
"wifi" in the 5.2-5.9 GHz range.  7/8" (LDF5 et al) has a cutoff too low for 5 
GHz microwave.  So for old-school types (like me) who prefer keeping microwave 
electronics on the ground rather than up on the tower, in situations where 
waveguide was out of the budget and the path budget allowed for it, LDF4.5 was 
quite useful.  We used a lot of it back in the early days of unlicensed 5.8 GHz 
point-to-point.

You can still get 5/8" foam from Eupen (EC4.5-50).
