D.L. makes good industrial products, reasonably priced. 

Suggest you up-size in HP, cable size, and current draw. 

I basically replaced an upgraded tilt-hand winch with upgraded hardware, 
mounting plate, and AC motor. Observe any intermittent-duty ratings and 
capacity. 

Works well. Always have a crew, be extremely careful.
