A good source for support rope is RadioWorks
(http://radioworks.com/PDFCat05/70-71.pdf ) I particularly like their 500#
test, .075" Dacron sheathed Kevlar for portable installations. They have a
variety of other (larger) stuff for more permanent uses.

Subject: [TowerTalk] Black rope
Hi,
Can someone suggest a source of black rope for use in
wire antennae.
One such rope is 3/16 braided nylon(?) in a black
sleeve.
My use is for longwire installation from the outside
of the insulators to the supports--trees in my case.

Dennis, W1UF
