The control box looks like one that Bob Shanks, W5CKY (later W5AO) SK had that was sold by EF Johnson. They made a heavy duty rotor that was very close to Telrex. Johnson made some mono band 20 to 10 yagis, too and a nice Matchstix 80 to 10 vertical that you switched from a control box at the ham shack. I probably have an old Telrex catalog somewhere.
