I had a 30' pole set in my yard for my satellite antennas. I used 4 "pole to
mast" brackets obtained from a friend of mine. The mast I have is 24' long
and extends down the side of the pole about 12'. The rest is above the pole.

It's on Page 4, Item #246.
Each bracket attaches to the pole via a single 9/16" x 14" bolt and nut
obtained from a local utility worker.
I used 4 of them, but I guess you could get away with 2 or 3 depending on
how much mast is extended above the pole.
I also "stepped" the pole for easy access.
