Try SPECTROL potentiometers. Their 522 Series is 3 turn +/- 5% resistance
no linearity given 1.5W OR their 830 Series is 3 turn +/-5% but +/-
0.25% independent linearity. This info from Newark Catalog # 114 top of
page 284. Expect of pay over $20.00 for one of these.
