[TowerTalk] Cushcraft A-3 Center Insulator

Guess you missed Scottys original post:
He said his center insulator was deteriorating due to UV 
(the fiberglass was getting "frizzy"  :>)
He was looking for a new center insulator.
I was just trying to save him a few (more than a few!) bucks
by suggesting an inexpensive fix that worked for me>
