Doesn't that antenna have a 'funny' way of working on 12 or was it 17
mtrs?...maybe I'm just funny, but thought I read something about that way

Unless the Skyhawk is significantly discounted, it is
much more expensive than the TH7DXX. Skyhawk lists for
$1295 (www.bencher.com/ham) vs. $870 for the TH7DXX
(http://www.hy-gain.com/Product.php?productid=TH-7DX)
The Skyhawk may have more going for it with no traps
and the closed sleeve feed but I'm not sure it justifies
the 50% increase in price (I've been looking at a three
high triband stack).
