Hi Don
Of course, I expected such a question at some point.
I am sure you understand well that the main (global) problem is not the
existing QSLs of the applicant or CFM LotW.
The main thing is how the applicant got the result. Therefore, our sheet
is based on the trust in the applicant and his honesty.

Hi Nick,
What counts for the numbers being posted? I ask this because I had my
160 meter DXCC verified by ARRL when I reached 102 countries but since
then I have confirmed many more countries via QSL cards which I have
not submitted to the ARRL. Do you only want country count based on
what the ARRL has verified/confirmed via QSL card submissions and/or
LOTW submissions?
I really need to submit my additional QSL cards to the ARRL to get my
160 meter country count updated but I know a friend of mine that had
the same question so thought I should ask.
Please advise, and thanks.

Friends.
Everyone knows what the situation is with DXCC rule violations in
Europe
(especially in Eastern and Southern).
Therefore, I ask - if I make a mistake, please write to me.
Everything can be fixed. An honest and fair list is needed by all
true
topbanders.
Thank you.

Hello people
List updated:
https://www.kkn.net/stew/160CW_DXCC.html
Thanks again to everyone who supported our initiative. The list
mainly
included the most active topbanders.
For those who have not yet decided to submit their results - our
list
will only contain real results. Do not doubt.
