Wow---can't believe that many would say that you don't need Rx antennas for DXpeditions to remote islands. There is ALWAYS a thunderstorm going on here on mother earth, and the ability to cut that atmospheric noise by an S unit will always make life easier. Please take the K9AY or even an old-style DeMaw loop---you'll be glad you did!!
