Steve, he was QRV on 1813.5, Wednesday at 0945z, for at least 15 min.  I worked 
him and then he carried on CQ'ing with no takers.  He had a good signal here in 
ZL and I guess there would have been copy in the US as well.  Guess he figured 
not enough interest in your summer - hi!
