Topband: VK3IO this morning

Art, interesting report!

This morning, I was hearing VK3IO here in W3-land, loudest I have ever
heard him, and I heard a lot of stations east of the Mississippi working
him!

He was loud enough that I was hearing him on my transmit antenna no problem.
