Topband: good condx agn in DL

Yes, 160m DX conditions are often still quite good Andy . . . but as you
say, very few stations coming on the band.

A lot of NA stations say it's now too noisy over there . . . or that their
Antennas were in Farmer's fields, so they've had to take them down . . . but
there's a couple of Contests coming up, and I bet there's lots of stations
coming on then !

It's a real shame there isn't more activity.
