Topband: VP9 160M

This announcement is a llittle early, but I plan to operate the WW CW Nov. 
2004 from VP9 single band 160M. Not sure how rare VP9 is, but plan to get 
up a decent transmit antenna and use a receive antenna.  Condx sure 
imrpoving on 160M.

Ed, VP9GE informed me he has heard 9V1GO at VP9 sunset on 160M.
