After almost 30 years of deafening silence on 160m, I'm hoping to start to put
out some kind of signal from my "second QTH" up in the mountains of North
Wales.
It all depends on being able to get the strings over the relevant trees to
erect a quarter wave inverted L, and then on burying large quantities of old
coaxial cable in the garden/field.
And then ... and then ...
So please keep an ear open for GW3OIT in the Stew Perry and the other events
between 28th December and 6th January. It will be nice to work a few old
friends - there aren't many left of the callsigns I remember from those heady
days in the 1960s.
