Wouldn't an offset for receiving U.S. stations DOWN 5 or more kHz from
the JA's transmit frequency take care of the matter???

P.S. Great idea Ted...they listened for years from 1800-1810 which is a
relatively unused part of the band. JA subscribers...how about suggesting
this idea to JA Topbanders: TX 1810-1825 (new segment) and QSX USA 1800-
1810...de W4ZV.
