I have acquired some coaxial cable which I am having a hard time determining it's Velocity Factor. It says RG-59 type, but it's double shielded (braid and foil), foam dielectric, and has the same diameter as RG-59. Is this stuff RG-6? It also says Belden T 9100 on it. Any ideas?
