TopBand: ZL8RS in Europe/Middle East

Following a daily vigil at ZL8RS sunrise and watching the packet spots
and topband reflector makes me believe that this is one more
DXpedition that has forgotten that an entire part of the world  (EU &
ME ) is very active & QRV for him on topband. Am I mistaken?
