I run a 600 Hz roofing filter in my R-4C, and either a 250 Hz or 125 Hz last IF
filter (all by Sherwood Engineering). I don't hear anyone that's not in my
passband, no matter what their signal strength,.
I didn't have a decent transmit antenna in this contest :-(
Hopefully, that'll change in the next one.
