TopBand: ARRL test

I got up early on Sunday, and wasn't impressed by conditions. As G3SED
said the, propagation moved around a lot, but I never heard anything
west of W9. K5NA was a 'got away'. Nobody really strong. Condx nowhere
near as good as in the Stu Perry. The EWE proved pretty useful in
reducing Eu QRM.
