I beg to differ. All 6 of my two-wire Beverages are center fed. Assuming
ASCII art works (use a fixed font) this is the feed:

Where the wires at the top are left and right two wire Beverages, and the
wires at the bottom are the feedlines.
Both ends of each Beverage have reflection transformers, or more cheaply,
one grounded and one open wire.
