TopBand: T31BB

    Bob T31BB was on 3,799.7Khz sig:58 and I asked him 160M-QRV at 11:08z 
today.    Soon I run to manage an antenna. 

    T31BB did QSY to 1,839.5Khz at about 11:20z. 

    First Bob worked some VKs on freq. and then QSX 1,910Khz. 
Many JAs are calling.   Sig was S6-7 but I had static QRN. 

    I got him as my 150th 160m-DXCC.     He is still working.
