The 2001 CQ WW 160 CW is scheduled for this coming weekend. The complete
rules are at the CQ magazine web page under the information center at:
http://www.cq-amateur-radio.com/160rules01.html
Please remember that cabrillo logs are preferred this year, but if not
available please send the old log and summary (.log, .all, .Prn and .sum).
Also note that logs should be sent to cq160@kkn.net and indicate CW on
the e-mail header. Hand logs are accepted and logs go to CQ Magazine in NY
(hand or diskette). Please do try and send an electronic log this year even
if you enter the log post contest.
Remember that 1830 to 1835 is the inter-continental Dx window. Please no NA
to NA or EU to EU QSOs please during hours of darkness in the window.
Good luck to all

P.S. ...de W4ZV Please report your scores, contest stories, etc. using
the 3830 reflector form at: http://www.hornucopia.com/3830score/
Also, please do not use Topband for "Please look for me in the contest"
announcements. Use the OH2AQ DX Summit Packetcluster at
http://oh2aq.kolumbus.com/dxs/ to do this PRIOR to the contest
(self-spotting DURING the contest is against the rules). Good luck to all
and let's hope for
good conditions! 73, Bill W4ZV
