Topband: N5J Live Stream?

I would have sworn that a post about a month ago (perhaps from George)
mentioned something about being able to look up exactly which operator
was on what band at any given time, so that the island and park hunters
could be sure they were working a human who was actually there? Can't
find that post now, though... I'd like to see who was operating on 24
MHz earlier tonight.
