Topband: Opening PY/HL

Greetings !

Last Sunday, around my sunset, I was luck enough to work HL3IUA on a 
18.000km QSO. He was a solid 579 here and gave me 559.
Unfortunately the noise level is already quite high here, ranging from S8 
to S9+30, but I hope to be available on weekends for those who still need a 
PY qso on 160.
