Topband: Iceland this morning

Hi all

TF4M was a 449 -549 here this morning at 1055z when I worked him for a new
one on Topband. He started a slow fade at 1100z and continued until he was
in the noise at 1120z. Must have been a narrow, spotlight type, of opening
as only a few stations called him from NA.
