Topband: CE0ZY today

Wil's comments are most interesting as yesterday CE0ZY was unreadable, but
today excellent 559 solid signals and a QSO.   This is just the opposite of
the conditions to Europe where he was good yesterday, but not today. It's a
strange and exciting band that we enjoy....
