Topband: OX3GL - true or pirate?

Hi all,
please know someone any info of OX3GL? I WKD him 24.jan.1997 at 0428Z but I 
have not QSL and I don't know true QSL mgr. (send QSL to three different CALLs 
from DXcluster, but answer was: I'm not QSL MGR for this station).
Worked anyone and has confirmed this QSO? It was a true or worked I pirate?
