If this is a Reloj outlet, every minute you will hear a Morse "RR" which
makes an ID very easy.

For the past several weeks I have been hearing another one... a Spanish
speaking station on 1900 kHz. At times it has been 20 dB over s9 here (TN).
There are voice announcements and frequent time signals, and very rarely,
music. Phil, K2PG in NJ, says it is a 2nd harmonic of Radio Reloj on 950
kHz, located in Cuba.
