Topband: Top Band Warbler project

Gang,
The Top Band Warbler project has been on the air for a couple months now.
Despite increasing static crashes, the TBW, at 5 watts max output, continues 
to make contacts (CW, mostly).
Due to narrow transmitter passband, the TBW hangs out from 1810.1 - 1810.5 
KHz.
