I am getting ready to tear into a clean OMNI-D transceiver I picked up last week. It looks to be complete, has both filters and a close visual inspection sees no evidence of damage. The digital display is working fine. It has no noise coming out of the speaker. Earphones hear a light fixed tone that does not vary. There is no meter indication. It does not transmit. Any suggestions from the Ten-Tec experts would be appreciated. 73, Gary H.
