I'm not familiar with the relay used in the 509, but dry reed relays are quite
common. My Mouser catalog has five pages of them. If you can give me a
physical description and a manufacturer's name and part number I can probably
help you find a replacement.

Subject: [TenTec] TT 509 Argonaut Sticking Relay
The magnetic reed relay in my Ten-Tec 509 Argonaut hangs up on transmit
until I power the radio off. Therefore, I am wondering if I need to replace
the relay or is it a problem in the circuit that is keeping this relay
energized? If I need to replace this relay, were would I find a
substitute? Thanks and 73, de KO8S, Karl
