[TenTec] Orion: 80 meter upper limit

I noticed after the recent firmware upgrade that the main vfo will now go to
4025 khz. The other bands are still only 10khz outside of the bands. Maybe
this is to accomodate MARS operation on 80? If it was electronically
possible, it would of been nice to go 25 more khz to 4050.
