Of course the Delta had spare phono jacks. In fact I think it had three!

The N/O contacts that can be used to energize an amplifier relay are
available in the 9-pin (or so) Molex connector on the rear panel.
What I've always done was to jumper this to one of the phono sockets on the
rear panel. Don't remember if there is a spare socket or if I had to use
one of the 12V sockets. I put a small label on the cabinet top that shows
which socket is which so I don't have to stand on my head to plug things in.
