With all due respect, the “panadapter” in the Orion is not all that bad. I used
one for many years and never felt a need for a better one, though I really
liked the one version of firmware that offered the waterfall display option a
few revisions ago. I wonder why they took this out?
The waterfall is far more useful than is the simple spectrum scope display.
