Thanks Sinisa. vfoB would not tune at all. I removed the encoder and
connected it to the cable going to the vfoA encoder and the encoder now is
fully functional. There is a problem somewhere upstream of the connector
going to the vfoB encoder.
I need to figure out the signal routing and check upstream connections etc.
