Scott,

Up to you,

I don't use the 500 Hz filter even though I have one and keep it for now, so you could store the 1Khz filter in that position with the 500 Hz filter disabled. The 250 Hz filter is usefull, the degradation at 250 Hz, is much less.

The filters 500hz filter can also be used in the OMNI A/B/D series and also in the OMNI V IV IV+ Opt series.

Best wishes,
Rich

Rich:

Thanks much for the response. Would I be better off getting the Inrad filter, installing it in the 1000Kz filter slot, removing the optional 500 KHz Ten-Tec Filter, and keeping the optional 250 KHz filter, or some combination of the above?

Any suggestions or comments would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Scott K4VWK
