Yes, but it can tune much HIGHER. Just so limiting using it as an I. F. Monitor
only, in my eyes.

Largely because the dongle being
used does not tune below or have
adequate
sensitivity below about 20 to 25 MHz. The IF in the
Omni VII
is about 70 MHz.
