There is an interesting discussion going on in the ham-swap newsgroup.
Apparently, Icom has been offering (since January) buyers of their 706 Mark II
transceivers a $100 coupon for a separation cable and a DSP unit. The buyers
still have neither, and they are offering another batch to new buyers.
Shipping dates have been blown, and folks are grumbling and disgruntled.
Wow, aren't we grateful for being part of the Ten-Tec crowd?
