Send an email to service@tentec.com <mailto:service@tentec.com> and describe
the problem and ask for a RMA number. They will send you a RMA number to
include with your shipment. I believe they answer email only Monday thru
Wednesday. I sent my radio in and within two weeks had my 6N2 radio back
repaired, calibrated and in fine shape. Cost was reasonable.
