[TenTec] Corsair11 serial numbers

A local pal (G4HCS) has a pristine Corsair11 he is interested to  find out the 
date of manufacture

looking at the serial number plate there is no letter as in my Omni and Paragon 
rigs.

The serial number is 561 02722

I believe that the 561 was introduced around 1985 if this is so it follows a 
different method of numbering to later  Ten-Tec's

any info would be appreciated
