[TenTec] Ten-Tec 228 vs 229 Ant Tuner

Can anyone enlighten me (and others) as to differences between the later 229 
models and 228 models. 
Presumably some technical improvements were made?

Re the installed  balun : is it a current or voltage balun, and is it 1:1 or 
4:1 ?
